Support Hours and Communication

Standard support is available 6am–8pm NZT via email and phone. For larger projects, support arrangements can be agreed separately.

Staging Environments

For larger updates, or on request, we can use a staging environment to test changes before pushing them live.

Yes—case by case. We support static sites, PHP, Laravel websites/apps, and Flask sites. We generally don’t take on CMS based sites outside that scope.

Both. One off support is available, and maintenance plans are ideal when you want ongoing updates, monitoring, and dedicated monthly time for improvements.

Plans typically include core dependency updates, monthly backups, uptime monitoring, and a set number of hours for content edits and small improvements. Add ons (scoped as needed) include security/vulnerability response, weekly/daily backups, performance monitoring, error monitoring, database optimisation, and analytics checks.

Standard support is 6am–8pm NZT via email/phone. We don’t offer a default 24/7 emergency service, but larger projects can have a separate support arrangement. We work on a best-effort basis and prioritise critical issues like site downtime.

Monthly backups are included. If you need more frequent backups (weekly/daily), we can add that. Restore support is handled as part of the support process when needed.
